We are closed October 14-20.  Any orders received during this time will be processed upon our return in the order in which they were received.  We will be answering emails to the best of our ability during this time but no one will be answering the phone and we will not be checking messages.  

SHIPMENT DISRUPTION AND INVENTORY ALERT!!!

Hightail is moving from CT to FL.  We can build and ship the Pegals remaining in stock up until October 26.  There are limited sets remaining and with our move to FL we do not have a date set that we can resume shipments.  It is quite possible the few remaining sets will be all we have until the end of the year so if you had plans to buy some Pegals as Christmas gifts you should consider purchasing now.

PRICE REDUCTION FOR ONYX/MOPED PEGALS!!!

We are temporarily lowering the price of the Onyx/Moped Pegals.  If you have been eying some Pegals for your original 72V Onyx now is the time to pull the trigger.  Tell all your Onyx peeps. Remember, the Onyx/Moped version is for the 72V Onyx RCR or CTY2 bikes and is not compatible with the new 80V Onyx RCR.

PLEASE...if you have any questions email us.  When you buy the wrong Pegals it creates returns and exchanges that will cost you shipping and/or restocking fees, plus it's a PITA for you and for us.    Orders will be processed in the order in which we receive them so bear with us as we will be processing a lot of orders initially due to high demand.  READ ABOUT SHIPPING BELOW!

Shipping

A note about shipping...when you select some form of expedited shipping, please be aware that the shipping time is the time the product will be en route to you AFTER the package has been brought to the shipper facility (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc).  It does not include the time to build and package the product at Hightail.  We can sometimes ship the same day as the order but not always.  Generally, we build to order and bring the package to the shipper within 1-2 days of purchase.
